Travel Information

Travel arrangements: Tawana Green will assist you with making your travel arrangements, obtaining the proper visa if necessary, and completing the necessary forms. Tawana will be contacting you in May. If you need to begin making arrangements before that time, please contact her at tlgreen@indiana.edu . Her telephone number is (812) 855-6451 and she is available Monday-Friday during regular business hours (8am-5pm EST).

For guests who are not US citizens or residents: To attend this conference you must obtain a B-1 visa, or be from a "visa waiver" country whose residents do not require visas to enter the US for tourism or business. Your status must be indicated on the I-94 departure record you are given by the Immigration Service on entry to the U.S. and not by the visa stamp on your passport. Please consult with Tawana if you suspect that you are not from a visa waiver country so she could help you with visa arrangements.
